It’s really hard to consider the Judicial System to be ‘fair’ when cases like this happen. It’s really hard to silence the ever present murmurings that race plays a significant factor when cases like this happen. It’s really hard to believe in the same country who would allow someone who very well could’ve killed her own child to walk free while preparing to execute a man who may or may not have killed a police officer. It makes me wonder how many more cases similar to or worse than Troy Davis’ own fly under the public radar… Is this really ‘justice?’
